You will be requested to provide this form if you are an overseas applicant for qualification recognition. This form is mandatory for G3 applicants and elective for G2 applicants. 

Qualification form

You will be requested to provide this form if you are an overseas applicant for qualification recognition. This form is mandatory for G2 and G3 applicants. You will need to send this form to your training institution to be completed. You will then upload the form to your online application. If you have already submitted your application, you will need to send the form by email to G3reg@nmbi.ie.

Please make sure to use the correct form for the division to which you are applying. There is a specific qualification form for General Nursing, Midwifery, Children’s Nursing, Psychiatric (Mental Health) Nursing and Intellectual Disability Nursing. Please use the Other Divisions form if you are applying to the following divisions - Public Health Nurse, Prescriber, Tutor and Advanced Practitioner.
