Digitalisation and ICT Executive
NMBI is currently recruiting for a Digitalisation and ICT Executive.
NMBI has undergone a significant period of digital transformation, most notably the development and implementation of the MyNMBI Next Gen registration system, funded through a circa €5 million Government investment and launched in August 2025. This was the second iteration of NMBI’s digitisation, having launched its first digitalised registration system in 2020. The current Next Gen system underpins NMBI’s core statutory functions, supports services for over 93,000 registrants and is currently continuing to expand to include Education and Fitness to Practise modules.
The Digitalisation and ICT Executive (Grade V) will provide dedicated operational and project support across NMBI’s digitisation and ICT function, ensuring the effective coordination, maintenance and continuous improvement of digital systems. The role is critical in supporting the transition from a programme delivery model to a stable, sustainable operational environment, enabling the organisation to maximise the value of its digital investments, engage in continuous improvement and maintain service continuity.

Feidhmeannach um Dhigitiú agus TFC
Tá Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (NMBI) ag earcú faoi láthair le haghaidh Feidhmeannach um Dhigitiú agus TFC.
Tá claochlú suntasach digiteach déanta ag an NMBI le blianta beaga anuas, go háirithe trí fhorbairt agus cur i bhfeidhm chóras cláraithe MyNMBI Next Gen, a maoiníodh trí infheistíocht Rialtais dar luach thart ar €5 milliún agus a seoladh i mí Lúnasa 2025. Ba é seo an dara céim de chlár digitithe an NMBI, tar éis dó a chéad chóras cláraithe digitithe a sheoladh in 2020. Tá córas reatha Next Gen mar bhonn taca faoi phríomhfheidhmeanna reachtúla an NMBI, tacaíonn sé le seirbhísí do bhreis agus 93,000 cláraitheoir agus tá sé á leathnú faoi láthair chun modúil Oideachais agus Oiriúnachta chun Cleachtadh a áireamh.
Cuirfidh an Feidhmeannach um Dhigitiú agus TFC (Grád V) tacaíocht thiomnaithe oibríochtúil agus tionscadail ar fáil d’fheidhm dhigitiúcháin agus TFC an NMBI, ag cinntiú comhordú éifeachtach, cothabháil agus feabhsú leanúnach na gcóras digiteach. Tá an ról ríthábhachtach chun tacú leis an aistriú ó mhúnla seachadta clár go timpeallacht oibríochtúil chobhsaí agus inbhuanaithe, rud a chuirfidh ar chumas na heagraíochta an leas is fearr a bhaint as a cuid infheistíochtaí digiteacha, dul i mbun feabhsúcháin leanúnaigh agus leanúnachas seirbhíse a chinntiú.
