The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) is aware that some jurisdictions have paused the issuance of certificates of good standing.

These certificates are an essential component of the registration process for nurses and midwives who qualified overseas and who wish to practise in Ireland. Applicants must provide a certificate of good standing in order to complete their application, without this your application will remain incomplete and cannot be progressed. Your application will eventually expire if you do not provide a certificate of good standing.
