To maintain an accurate Register, we will be making contact with registrants between now and the end of October.

It is key responsibility for NMBI as the statutory regulator of nurses and midwives in Ireland to maintain an accurate register. To ensure this, we will be making contact with registrants between now and the end of October  to confirm that we have up to date address, email and contact telephone number for them to  improve our communication with the profession and to increase the efficiency of our service.

Our calls will come up as 01 6398500. Registrants will be asked to confirm their name, address, registration number (PIN) and date of birth to verify that we are speaking directly to the registrant. Our callers will offer registrants the opportunity to update any of their details and provide a current email address or mobile number if applicable. We will also offer registrants assistance if required in setting up or accessing their NMBI online accounts. Calls will only take a few minutes.

Please be reassured that these calls are genuine and that all registrant information is always processed by NMBI in accordance with national law and the General Data Protection Regulation.

We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
