The Help Centre: what it is

The Help Centre section on Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) website is designed to address the top nursing and midwifery questions which:

• Registered nurses and midwives have in their day to day practice
• Applicants have about the overseas application registration process
• Candidates studying nursing or midwifery in an Irish Higher Education Institution (HEI) have about registration and the professions

 It provides brief Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and answers on a range of topics and also provides links to more detailed information on the NMBI website.  

The questions within the Help Centre will be dynamically updated which will mean the numbers in each category will be automatically displayed on the main page and subsidiary pages.
